Our selection process ensures that our clients always have the last say. Suitable candidates are screened and then called for an interview. If needed, we conduct interviews at our associate office depending on the volume of the demand.
Short-listing of resumes (i.e. CV) matching client requirement specifications.
Send the short-listed candidates CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
Informing short-listed candidates to attend the Interview.
Organize final interviews.
Conducting skill test whenever required.

MEDICAL TESTS & VISA PROCESSING
The selected candidates will be send for medical test. Detailed medical report will be send to the client. After receiving final confirmation from client, and also getting candidates confirmation of their interest, we initiate further process.
Depending on the country of deployment we complete the visa processing of the candidates.
TRAVEL HELP DESK
Our travel help desk will complete the travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding departure of candidates Confirmation of tickets and travel are made according to the schedule approved by the client. Travel help desk conducts an Orientation program to the candidates. In this Orientation process we brief them about the weather, local culture and do’s and don’ts to ensure their comfort. We believe they are emissaries of our organization and we believe in sending them fully prepared. We strictly adhere to our client`s instructions at every stage of the requirement and deploy the candidates within the stipulated time
